Commercial presentation: thawed fillets, with or without additives, at the customer’s request
Packed in trays and placed in expanded polystyrene boxes.

Ingredients of the version with additives: Yellowfin or bigeye tuna, water, natural flavouring, salt and antioxidants: E-331iii (sodium citrate) and E-301 (sodium ascorbate).
